Policy:Personal Culture

The implementor holds the view that every individual has a personal culture, unless the decision to specify a culture has been intentionally delegated by informed choice to an organization, a group of people or another individual and that it is inappropriate to conjecture that default assumptions about the culture of an individual derived from ethnicity, nationality or religion do apply in a modern society.
