From Education
Teenagers are prone to exaggerate behaviors when they have discovered a new hobby,
a new activity is trendy or an activity appears otherwise interesting.
[edit] Methods of resolution
A mentor could keep informed about leisure time activities of his or her protégés and propose and organize different activites when a pupil appeared to exaggerate his or her interest in singular activities.
In particular a mentor might want to know the literature list of a pupil, his or her TV habits, his or her favorite computer games and his or her hobbies.
Computer games are a good example for an activity that can be overdone almost without any limitation. On the other hand, computer games can both promote intelligence and can promote social gaming, neither is guaranteed or can be expected without intelligent choice, however.
Adults may often lack the time to organize leisure time activities and leave it at stereotypical recommendations, which may remain unheeded by their children. Mentors could organize work groups [1] and organize leisure time activities for protégés with similar interests.
