Services for junior high school Edit

In schools with junior high school and high school grades a high school parliament (Oberstufenparlament) could define and implement procedures for the junior high school parliament (Mittelstufenparlament), for example a special hearing or debate where representatives could prove that they had understood the arguments in favor of the opposition's views, which might require nonpartisan observers and moderators.

A school parliament could be given the authority to decide how many mentorships had to be given to other schools and could have to negotiate with the student representatives of the (potential) recipient schools. (See: Mentoring Overview)
